APA Advanced Provisioning Allowance
The APA is 30 - 35% of the charter fee, overseas charters are usually 35%.This amount is paid in to our account prior to your charter. It is your money and we shop for your provisions and have funds to cover running costs etc. Upon signing our charter agreement and transferring the deposit to secure your charter you will receive guest preference sheets which guide us as to what you require in regards to food, alcohol, excursions or services. The APA is strictly accounted for and the account is available for you to view at any time. Any alcohol or gourmet items left at the end of your trip are yours to take home. The balance either way is settled prior to departure. All major credit cards are accepted on board.
