Wharves – We collect guests from the public wharves and pontoons between Murrarie and the city but please note, there is a charge of $350 for the Brisbane Botanic Gardens wharf and a lot of charter boats compete to book the time slots with the BCC. We cannot guarantee that pick up or drop off until it’s locked in.  We recommend instead, to pick up at Hamilton North Shore or Brew Dog Pontoon on the South-side of the Brisbane River,  where there is lots of parking and no wharf charges. Additionally, there are lots of local restaurants and public transport or taxis nearby these free wharves.

Departures – We can collect you at a number of public wharves or jetties but do recommend Hamilton North Shore Wharf as there is no charge for that pickup.  Other wharves incur a fee from the Brisbane City Council and a charge from us for the time required to motor there and back. Please ask us if you have a specific pick-up or drop-off wharf in mind. If you wish to be picked in the city – we will need to book that online and cannot guarantee availability.  However, the cost is $600 for the time and fuel spent motoring there and back to dock. It takes over an hour each way.

Food and Drinks – With our commercial-size kitchen,  you can hire a caterer and enjoy professionally-prepared dishes. Or, you can throw some snags on the BBQ and chat as you share a casual lunch together. We have all the platters, plates and cutlery you could possibly require so there is no need to bring any plastic plates or utensils onboard during your luxury boat hire. 

BYO Food  – You may also bring your own food but we have a Food Service charge of $300 for staff to heat and/or serve the food to guests. Guests cannot enter the kitchen for safety reasons. Professional and licensed catereres are welcome. We have a full kitchen with plates, cutlery and platters available.

Catering for large parties, our fleet has a Huge BBQ so you can bring your own steaks and snags and we will fire them up!

For a small extra charge, we can provide a BBQ Chef to save the host slaving over a hot stove.

We keep it simple! If you need help we can do the following:

Frozen Gourmet Pizzas $20 each

Huge loaded wedges – bacon, cheese, sour cream, sweet chilli sauce $50

Cheese Platter for 12 $185

Hot nibbles platter for 12  $185

Gourmet BBQ. includes 2 types of sausages, 2 meat kebabs, 3 gourmet salads and a selection of breads and condiments. $35 per head

Choice of luscious dessert cakes available for $55 each. Serves 8-10 people.

Other Catering – We can also assist you with a small range of catering options though Peter Willes Fine Foods at Balmoral. We also offer a range of sushi platters, sandwich and wrap platters and hot nibbles platters through Mt T's Bakery in Brisbane City. 

Alcohol – The vessel has a liquor license and as such,  we serve alcohol responsibly.  Drinks start at $12 for all beers, wines,  sparkling, ciders and basic spirits.  A large range of delicious fruity cocktails are also avaiulable from $18.

Music –MV Baroness has a DJ Booth and an awesome sound system. We can Bluetooth your Spotify playlists and you may dance e under the party lights.
